Tathiana’s work brings together hospitality operations, business transformation, financial and operational advisory, and interior design.

Her foundation in hospitality began through operational roles with major hotel brands including Starwood, Marriott, and Hilton, including operations management, operations accounting, and exposure to corporate task force environments supporting properties in need of operational uplift, stronger metrics, and clearer execution.

Through LGHG, Tathiana helps owners see the whole picture: the business reality, the property potential, the guest experience, and the execution path required to bring it all together.
